Now, he’s channeling his design talents into developing a 100-acre campground on their farm in Waldoboro. Shane approaches food like a canvas—sketching plating concepts, painting dishes in watercolor and even building fires as though they’re part of the story.

Executive Chef Maria brings a rich culinary background, having worked in private Chef roles and leading other successful catering companies across Maine. Maria has a deep love for nature. Fiercely connected to the land, she brings raw skill and a deep respect for farming, butchery and the wild beauty of Maine. Her approach is hands on, no-nonsense and rooted in the belief that real food starts with a real connection to the Earth.

Together, Shane and Maria craft weekly seasonal menus in collaboration with the finest farmers and fisheries in Mid-Coast Maine. Their approach reflects their lifestyle: rustic yet refined, adventurous yet rooted in community, sexy yet romantically devoted to nature. They are also constructing a campground & event space, creating a haven for fellow outdoor enthusiasts.
