Rooted in Land.
Built for Gathering.
Applecroft is a working farm in Waldoboro, Maine. We cook over an open fire, source from local farms and fisheries within 40 miles, and host a small number of dinners and gatherings each year.
Meals happen at a long table under an open sky. The farmstand opens when there’s something worth stopping for. The calendar is short by design.
Each season, Applecroft hosts a limited number of dinners on our farm. The 2026 Kitchen Garden Dinners begin on August 12, with eight dates set across late summer and fall.
Each dinner has its own chapter in our story, cooked over an open fire, and served at a single long table. The menus are chef-driven and change with the season. August will not taste like September.
Seating is limited by design. If you’re coming from away, our cabin is available to book. Stay, sleep, leave slowly.
Eight nights.
One Table.
A season unfolding.
The Farm. In Season.
The Route 1 Farmstand
Our seasonal farmstand along Route 1 reflects what we’re cooking, what we're sourcing, and what we're inspired by. Some weekends, it becomes something more. A surprise roadside pop-up, moments of surprise, mini-workshops, build your own bouquets, and more.
Availability shifts with the season and work at hand.
Cabins + Campsites
Tucked into the landscape and invisible from the farm, our cabin offers a simple place to lay your head and fill your belly. Nothing extra, but everything you need to reset and revive. The cabins are designed for quiet mornings, long walks, and evenings that end by firelight.
Availability is limited. Add-ons are available.
Gatherings + Catering
Applecroft hosts a small number of weddings, micro-weddings and elopements, retreats, and private gatherings each year. Our events are thoughtfully spaced and intentionally chosen.
If you’re planning ahead or curious about what’s possible, we’re happy to help.
